Returns + Exchanges

Here at LAC swim, we want everyone to be completely content with their swimwear, in the event you are not satisfied with your suit we will happily offer exchanges for a different product or size. Keep in mind we do have a few standards that must be satisfied in order for our team to properly issue an exchange or refund. 


Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. In order to maintain our high-quality standard of service, these requirements are set in place to protect all customers and to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments.

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered suits in new condition with all original sanitary stickers and tags attached, for a return or exchange.  For sanitary reasons, we ask that you try on all swimwear over undergarments with the hygienic liner in place.

Returns must be made within 15 days after the item is marked delivered to you.

Once we have examined the returned item(s) we will email to let you know, and start the refund process for the full amount of your suit, excluding the original shipping costs. The order reimbursement will be credited to your original method of payment.

If the returned items do not meet our standards (missing tags, sanitary stickers, deodorant or makeup stains, etc.) or have been damaged without our knowledge, the item will be shipped back to the customers shipping address at the customers' expense and we will be unable to issue refund/exchange or credit.

Please note we will be unable to refund/exchange/credit any items that are returned with missing tags or hygiene stickers.

Returning/Exchanging Faulty Item

All of our LAC swim products are carefully quality inspected prior to sending, however, in the unlikely event you receive a flawed suit, please contact with a photo of the damaged item as soon as possible in order to begin the exchange process. Please make your subject line “Exchanging Flawed Item”, and include your name, order number, and what item(s) you wish to return. After we receive the product and have been able to carefully inspect the suit, should we consider it faulty we will provide you with store credit so you can repurchase your suit of preference.

We ask you to use a tracking number when returning any products so both you and LAC swim can keep tabs on your package and where it is in the return process. If the item is lost or stolen, we will not be able to exchange your product for a non-faulty item.

Returns must be made within 15 days after the item is marked delivered to you.

Once your item is received we will inspect the suit and complete the return/exchange accordingly. Please allow for 5-7 business days for inspection upon receipt of the suit.
